About CK Nutrition

With nearly 20 years of experience as a Certified Registered Nurse (RN) and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), I bring a comprehensive understanding of health, wellness, and medical knowledge to my practice. I am also a Certified Nutritionist, holding a Diploma in Advanced Nutrition Science from an accredited, government-regulated institution. Additionally, my minor in psychology has deepened my understanding of behavior and motivation, allowing me to better support clients in making sustainable lifestyle changes.
